No Return only Exchange

At Gultarang, every piece is crafted to bring traditional elegance to your wardrobe. Since we are a small business, we kindly ask that you read our policy carefully before placing an order.

• We encourage you to double-check sizing and product details before placing an order. Feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help you pick the perfect fit!

• All our ethnic wear is made in limited quantities, and some are handcrafted, making returns more difficult to process compared to mass-produced items.

🔁 Exchange Policy (Limited Cases Only)

We offer exchanges only in the following situations:

1. You received a wrong item

2. You received a damaged product

3. If there is any size issue

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 4 days of delivery

•. Mandatory Unboxing Video

• For any exchange request, a clear unboxing video is required

The video must:

• Start before opening the package

• Show the entire unboxing process in one continuous shot

• Clearly show any defect or incorrect item

• Send clear photos /video of the issue via Instagram, email or WhatsApp.

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact

If approved, we’ll send a replacement of the same item (subject to stock)
